He regularly kept in touch on matters that required discussion, signaling a strong customer orientation. "They did excellent prep work, which was necessary for age of the house. . They showed up everyday by 8am and worked to 6 or 7pm. All the painters were friendly and courteous.. The house and garage look great. I plan to hire them again for some interior painting."

"Submitted request for exterior painting quote; received an immediate response & prompt visit to get two quotes. I was contemplating painting trim ONLY and our entire brick home. OSS's professionalism gave me much needed assurance they would do a great job. That confidence was extremely important because my husband was unaware that I would be painting our brick house grey - needless to say I was nervous. Husband came home that evening and LOVED IT! Appreciated the ease of communication - they arrived on time, communicated what was to be expected in the process and the follow-up = professional and customer support. I've since got a quote to paint the interior walls and ceiling that I know I will be equally happy with - just waiting for COVID19 to subside so that myself and husband are comfortable with people in our home.
