I had serious hail damage to my roof and Single Source came in, did the estimate, contacted my insurance company and within a few weeks, I have a fabulous looking new roof upgraded roof! Justin at Single Source is extremely knowledgable on building codes and because of that, he was able to show the codes to the insurance company to get the upgrades covered. Their roofing team worked from the moment they arrived with one short lunch break working almost 12 hours. They completed the entire job in one day and my roof is 2,000 square feet, so it's a sizable roof. The team was very careful to protect my gardens, they moved plants, lawn furniture and put everything back they in place before they left. The clean up was impeccable! "We used Empire to replace our carpet in the finished basement. The installers carpeted over tile at the entry way that was not supposed to be carpeted leaving a lip and incline in the floor. We had to have the carpet pulled up and tile removed. We also purchased the protection plan that covers accidents, tears, snags and unraveling. We have a 5 foot tear and multiple snags. I contacted Empire to have them repaired under our protection plan and the claim was denied. They want to charge me $600 for a repair that should be covered under the protection plan."
