"I rarely write reviews but we had such a bad experience when we asked jetservice to relocate our belongings from colorado to utah. As soon as we paid the deposit we started to get the run around and delays every steps of the way. Finally when they delivered our things after 3 missed apts things were missing, broken or simply had been left behind without asking us. Despite all this I had to call the police on the owner banging on my door demanding payment for a botched move that was never completed since they left things behind. Beware of this company, I found out too late but they're not even registered as a moving company!! Just want to save anyone I can from the trauma we suffered."

"Our HOA has used SVL for about 6 years now. When they started, they were very accommodating and did an excellent job. Over the past 2 or 3 years, though, the quality of their work has gone way downhill. Crews are unsupervised and there is no follow up by Management to check on what they've accomplished. What used to be a landscape company has become a mere "mow and blow" business that charges a premium price for borderline performance. They did several major landscaping/xeriscaping jobs for our HOA over the years, and they were all beautiful initially, but are virtually unsustainable without intensive labor, which they are not willing to perform. I give them credit for doing a great job of snow removal during last winter's heavy snows, but their performance during the other three seasons of the year is less than satisfactory."

"I called MULTIPLE companies and Utah Lawn aeration was the ONLY company that responded. I saw a few of the other reviews that are over 5 years old and learned he was being attacked by a few local competitors. Its sad the reviews could not be removed by policy. I would agree with the last review in 2017 they have maintained machines, deep plugs and we also had them power rake. they did an incredible job. I have used them for two seasons now and they are my go to company. they do not mow or do other services this is all they do! very clean and respectful team. Definitely would hire these guys!"
