"Installed our system 6 years ago, the system has worked well since install. I would just say get everything in writing and make sure to ask what the life time warranty means. Also check on when they can do you turn on and turn off they are very limited! Where we live they only do one specific day per week so if you cannot be home on that day you will be in trouble twice a year to be home for them."

I've used him 3 times now because I know he is reliable, fair and knowledgeable. 1st time I spoke with him on the phone he was very patient with me and walked me through the problem. As to why the Hot water had a weird smell. He spent close to 30 mins on the phone with me. I will also call Scott whenever I have any plumbing issues."
