"CAE Home Improvement, LLC did an excellent job on my home improvement project. Juan Moreno took the time and really listening to what we wanted our screened in patio to look like. He provided a detailed itemized proposal within 24 hours. We actually had another estimate that came in a couple hundred dollars cheaper but that contractor did not provide and itemized estimate for the proposal even when I asked for it. I decided to go with Juan as I knew exactly the materials and paint he intended to use on the job. Juan Moreno did a beautiful job. Our scree patio was completed on time and on budget."

"They were able to schedule me for the following week on a day that was perfect for our schedule.  When the gentleman in Riggins Paint polo and pants arrived at my door I was expecting a 'painter' to follow behind.  THIS was the painter - the most professionally dressed I had ever seen.  I showed him the rooms we wanted updated as we were preparing to move out and this room needed most updating for sale value.  He worked quietly in the room and never had items strewn out anywhere as I have had with previous painters.  I didn't know what quality to expect since this was my first "Angie's Deal" but was blown away with the quality of the work when completed.  Not a smudge or splatter in sight!  All trim was nicely caulked and clean straight paint lines.  I contacted them again to paint the new house we purchased to move in to and unfortunately they were too booked to get us scheduled in the fast turnaround time frame we were looking for and we went with another provider.  I WISH we had waited to use Riggins.  We dropped in on the new house during painting by another provider and our yard looked like a trash pile as did the inside with painters food and scrap/splatter trash scattered throughout and they were very unprofessionally dressed.  For any future paint projects, RIGGINS PAINTING WILL BE OUR #1 CHOICE and we have already recommended them and will continue to do so. <br />"

"Chris did a fantastic job!  I love my new kitchen cabinets!  I had late 80s or early 90s "pink pickled wood" cabinets.  Chris sanded, primed and professionally painted my cabinets.  He does the base cabinets and drawers on site.  He removes the cabinet doors, and takes them to his shop to spray off site.  He delivered the doors back to me the following week, as promised.   <br /> Also, I have a Kitchen Aid refrigerator with the wooden panel insets.  Chris painted the doors to match my kitchen cabinets, for far less than buying new inserts from Kitchen Aid. <br /> He always was punctual, friendly and a true professional.  He would always call or text and let me know when he'd be back, etc. <br /> I would definitely have Chris back again, and probably will. <br />"

"Everything was well done the first time except one piece of siding that I was not happy with and they redid that without hesitation. They replaced a window, some outside trim, some siding and the large piece of lumber across the garage door opening. Squirrels or some other animal had eaten some of the trim and the men doing the work replaced the trim and wrapped some metal around it to keep the animals from eating it again. They did the same on the large piece of wood above the garage door opening to keep it rotting again. The men doing the work were all nice and polite and left the area cIean. To me, the price was a little bit too high, but I would probably think that about most, if not all pricing. I would hire them again. In fact, Sam and his men are going to be doing some more work for me when he can get it on his schedule--again where the animals have eaten the siding and trim. <br />"
