From the beginning they insured that our home was safe from additional damage by covering exposed areas of the roof until the insurance company could coordinate with Guardian. Guardian was there to coordinate with our insurance company adjuster and make sure all the local code requirements to install the new roof were met. The materials used are top notch, giving us an ice and water shield and a 50 year warranty on the roof, that will long out last us. During the roof install the crew was here early, covered all the bushes and shrubs, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished by mid-afternoon. They made sure all debris and nails were picked up like they were never here. These guys know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that I know."

Two companies weren't interested in replacing one piece of siding so I didn't get an estimate from them. I did, however, receive an estimate from DC Exteriors and Renovations. They were willing to replace my single piece of broken siding for $200. Obviously, I turned them down. I found a supplier in Lewes who went out of their way to order one piece of siding for me for $7 and I will now replace the piece myself."

"Excellent. Got an appointment for an inspection 2 days after I called. Pat came out, inspected the ceiling and went up on a steep, 2-story roof. Saw evidence of previous patch work and explained what most likely happened to require that. Told him that a friend went up 2 weeks prior and nailed down some popped nails. Says that may have fixed the leak. Told me to look for leaks as 3" of rain was predicted for the next 2 days. After the deluge, I saw no signs of leakage. He told me to call him and let him know if I say any leakage. He would return ASAP and repair the leak. Christmas Present: NO charge for 2 hours of his labor. Excellent professionalism, knowledge and personality."
