"Due to unusually bad storms our work couldn't begin for 6 weeks, I had a leak around the chimney, Wade Co came out and sealed around he chimney to prevent any damage until they could get here, there was no additional charge for this and we had no more leak issues. Work took 7 days, started promptly every day at 7:30 and worked until around 6:00. Guys cleaned up continually during the day and completely each night. Workers were very respectful to my property and family. Crew foreman (Mike) was here the entire time and thoroughly answered any questions I had during the job plus immediately informed me of issues they found. Their Field Supv also came by every day to check on things. They found one of our vent pipes broken in the attic (not done by Wade Co), which required a Plummer to repair, Wade Co did not charge me for this. They found that in their quote they had forgotten to include the cost of 2 turbine vents, while I told them I had no problem with them adding this cost they were insistent that they would stick to their quote and replaced the vents at no additional cost. I am extremely happy with the work and experience I had with Wade Co. The roof is beautiful and I have full confidence that if I have any issues with the roof they will respond promptly and to my satisfaction."

He showed pictures of his work, awards and commendations he has received and the names of references. He showed samples of the product he would use, patiently answered all of my questions and gave his input when asked about possible colors that would go with our brick. His quote was comparable to the other quote I received, but I decided to go with Mr. Ali because I felt that he was an honest and fair businessman. I was not disappointed. He was in constant contact with me and his workers during the installation. He came to inspect the work and answered any questions that I had. The workers were wonderful and the job was completed in the amount of days that was estimated. The siding looks even better than expected! "Pros: Bear's Cajun Roofing gave us a reasonable estimate and pricing. We did end up spending about $120.00 out of pocket above the estimate. The owner is very reasonable with setting up means of payment ensuring that no one is being conned. The owner takes pride in his work and the roof looks great. It was installed during very rainy weather and so far no leaks. He did eventually complete the job to our satisfaction. Also did a great job with clean-up. Cons: If you are looking for a roofer that is punctual, efficient, and completes the job in a timely manner, then Bear's Cajun Roofing is not the company for the job. In all fairness, we had lots of cold and rainy weather that interfered with the installation, but even on the days that weather permitted we never knew if or what time the workers would show up. Bear's Cajun Roofing definitely doesn't have set hours to work. It took 3 weeks for work to be completed, which was very frustrating."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

They were also ready to answer me with any questions that I may have had. They quickly cleaned up any mess they made during the replacement of my roof. The roofing contractor, Lee, was more than helpful. He explained things to me for anything I didn’t understand (first time getting new roof not withstanding a hurricane). He led me through the claims process as well as answered all questions I had regarding payment. I would refer them to others and would not hesitate to hire them again."
