"They were so excellent! It's been pretty rough I was having financial trouble. When he came to give me estimates I let him know what I needed done. Everything I've address to him, he did to perfection. There is no one I'd rather work with. I have a beautiful tree that I fought very hard to keep. He did the work on the 12th, and it's beautiful. I'm having a misunderstanding with one of his workers who answers the phones. I hope we can get this worked out. I was having financial trouble and my brother has been very sick, so I had to cancel our recent appointment. I want to work with him for lawn service, but he doesn't seem to answer phone calls or letters. I don't have emails. I really want to clarify this, and work with him. I have a cell phone and can receive text messages, but I can't respond him. I received a message and another attachment that I couldn't open. The message say "Mr. Boyd will no longer do your lawn service" but I'm not sure what. I couldn't see what else was sent. I want to clarify our misunderstanding so I can continue working with him. He does beautiful work. Good work needs to be recognized, and I want him to know how excellent his work is. I would like him to please give me a chance so we can finish this work."

"Carlos Victoria, the owner of this business, is absolutely wonderful. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He was very responsive, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He came out to our property and helped us to determine why our system was not working (needed a new pump). He quickly sent over a proposal and was available to do the work within a day or two. He also suggested that we drill for new well water since ours was very rusty. Once those two things were in place, he came out more than once to check that the system was running properly and that we had good coverage. He noticed some spots that needed adjusting, and quickly fixed them for us. Finally, we had new landscaping installed, and he came out again to see if any sprinklers needed to be added/moved as a result. Again, he completed the work very quickly and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend him. <br />"
