I asked for the bid in writing and was told he'd have the lady in the office type it up and email it to me. I never received it. I called the office and again requested the bid in writing. Cheyenne said she'd get it right over to me. I asked about methods of payment since my husband was working out of town. She said they couldn't take a debit card over the phone and said they wouldn't take a cashiers check because "it could get lost in the mail." She then told me to CashApp the $1800. I told her I wouldn't do that prior to the job being completed. I'm not just going to CashApp someone that amount of money with no work done. I still never got the bid in writing. After a week of no bid in writing, I emailed them and told them to cancel the appointment and that I was going with another company. I got zero response. Today (7/10/24) two guys show up at my house and tell me they're here to cut my trees down. Absolutely not. I sent them on their way."
