It was amazing how Nixon and his crew removed and replaced all the 50 yr. old trim and created matching moldings inside & out. Nixon is on site, very experienced, and I appreciated his guidance in choosing new materials. He gave choices, explanations & prices on the new trim so I could stay on budget. "Excellent communication- Gary de-activated a disused cellar door that was rotted away. He suggested an alternate route to completing the job that made it a better result overall. The end result is a flat concrete wall on the inside, and a sloping concrete slab on the outside- which is rain and element -proof. He removed all the old debris and rotten material, cleaning up completely. Highly recommended ‼️"
