"He pruned six camellia trees he did not clean up some of the mess. While pruning a Laurel he walked all over the flowers around it then while raking up he managed to uproot a newly planted vine and added it to the refuse. I had to take all the flowers out of the flower bed myself. They also forgot to plant one of the requested flower beds into grass. That was bad enough but his grass still is not growing. Everything I planted the next week is growing! The old rubber and plastic borders that I REALLY needed hauled to the dump never left as he was in a hurry to leave and saw he would return the next weekend to take away. NOT! Being a trusting person I did not check his work before I paid him. As I felt his charge was exorbitant for three hours of work I paid it thinking he was going to return to finish the job. Now I know it is too much"

"Contracted manny and his dad in february for a dry set flagstone walkway with steps that is still not done. Top step is literally falling into the existing rockery where they did not frame both sides of the step. The one exterior timber they used to support it is tilting under the weight. As for the walkway itself, stones shift and crack when you walk on them because they are not level and set correctly. They began other jobs and came out on a few occassions to add more material and now say it will cost more to fix it or say we need to do concrete. At the end of the day, they refuse to correct their poor quality work and deliver a dry set walkway they were hired to do so now I'm working with an attorney. Bottom line: they took on a job they didn't know how to do and want to charge me more money for them to fix their subpar work."
