"The tree had gone through the cedar ceiling of our house and they removed it beautifully. They really took care and did not damage the house when they did it. The tree was about 100 years old and it was a huge project. The tree fell the length of the highest part of our house and damaged the water pipes. It came down through all the layers of insulation on the roof and just stopped about 10 inches above my husband's head. They came out almost immediately and fixed it so that we could start living again. I think that they are incredibly fair in terms of price and estimates. They do the job in a timely fashion when they can get to it. We have to wait sometimes but I understand that since there are storms here and people all over the place are out of power. So, I wait for them because they are so good. They are a great company. They are a very good company all around."

"When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"I paid them more for mulching and weeding. They are a basic lawn service and they are not what they advertise to be, a kind of full service. They are a good lawn service if you want your lawn cut and edge. They did fertilize and aerate once. They rake the leaf into big pile and it was up to us to move them to the streets. They were personable but I got the sense that they kind of over booked themselves because they were not here very long. They did not seem organize and sometimes they didn’t come on the day they were suppose. We agreed on when they should come so we can put away the water hose so they don’t have to do it.  They were supposed to some on a Thursday and sometime they came on Saturday morning. Sometimes they did not do the weeding for like 3 months. Sometime they are here for 15 minutes and they are gone."
