"Overall it went very well. There were "to-be-expected" and acceptable setbacks but nothing that seemed unreasonable. The tear-out of the old fireplace required jack-hammering three poured concrete foundation walls which created lots of dust and debris and added to costs. However, the crew did a reasonable job trying to contain the dust and Greg advised me on costs and options as we went along. In the end, Greg charged a fair price for work that was not in the original plan.   <br /> The project went in spurts with lots of work for a day or two and then nothing for a day or two while crews addressed jobs at other sites. However, Greg advised me at the beginning that he was starting my project while finishing up some others as mine was indoors and could be done when bad weather stopped outdoor work. Greg communicated each day about what they could do and when they would be there and in the end the small delays were no big deal. <br /> The final product was even better than we imagined! Well worth the hassles of remodeling and I dare say it probably increased the value of out home beyond the sticker price of the project. It looks like a $25K project to me but only cost us around $13K. I will undoubtedly call on Greg Levron again for future projects. Good guy, fair price and outstanding workmanship."
