"The job was to power-wash our red tile roof which had 22 years of accumulated pine sap, lichen, mold and who knows what else baked on it. Pacific Edge Painting came with 3 guys, each with a commercial grade power-washer, and went over the roof for over 10 hours making sure every square inch was cleaned. The result is beautiful! This outfit, headed by Juan Sanchez, obviously takes great pride in their work, and did not rest until the job was perfect. Their written estimate was very reasonable, and they stuck to it, even though the job probably took longer than they expected. I can't recommend Pacific Edge Painting highly enough. "The estimation process was thorough and explained what would be done. Any question I answered or item I requested was carried out when the paint crew arrived. They were thorough, even moved dirty away from foundation to paint all the way down. No messes in the yard, everything was put back to what it was before the painting started and no messes left anywhere. They are not the cheapest but the project was absolutely seamless from estimate to completion and that is important to me as I don't have time to project manage house painting."

"We are very pleased with the work that Gino performed.  To begin with he came out to the house promptly when first contacted.  After the consult he left two big color swatches with us for 4 weeks while we slowly made up our mind. He never called to try and pressure us for business/early start or remind us we still had his swatches. Once we had decided to go ahead with our color scheme Gino was accommodating with our schedule.  He went through our whole plan several times, writing it down, and then double checking before the paint actually went on the wall.  His work was meticulous and practiced. "Derek and assistant Jeremy did a fabulous job painting the exterior of my house. Had him do a small on the interior before and was pleased so hired for exterior, which is a two story and a fairly large job. It looks so good! He's very particular and wants you to be happy. Even texted a picture to me at work one day because he didn't think I'd be happy with the trim color I'd chosen and he was right. Very pleased.
