This is unbelievable that a so called professional could be such an awful person. This is a terrible "business" and I would implore anyone who is thinking about using the AWFUL company to RUN. Don't waste your time or money."

"John and his assistant arrived on time. They were courteous, freindly, and professional in every way. My sister and 94-year-old mother were delighted with them. Despite not knowing what brand or model doors needed repair - I couldn't find an identification plate - John had all the parts needed on his truck to fix both doors. They spent 2-1/3 hours fixing the sliding glass door and sliding screen door. The repairs were done perfectly. These doors haven't operated this well since they were installed ~25 years ago. Price for the work done was fair and reasonable."
