"Our tow story house is located in a wooded neighborhood and had accumulated quite a bit of mildew in several spots.  They were quick to respond to our request for an estimate.  We thought the estimate was fair for the amount of work that was required to thoroughly remove all the mildew and dirt that had accumulated on the siding and under the soffits.  They arrived well before the scheduled time and told us how long the job would take (which was very much appreciated!)  Prior to finishing, they asked us to thoroughly inspect their work and to let them know of any areas they needed to go back over.  We had one small area on the porch that we wanted touched up and they gladly did so.  We felt they did a great job for the price we paid for their service.  Overall excellent experience and we would highly recommend Sparkle Wash to our neighbors and friends and anyone else looking for a good, reliable, "do what you say you are going to do" kind of company. <br />"

"Great! We scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The salesperson/consultant came promptly at the scheduled time. He gave us a quote which he guaranteed for 30 days since a price increase was scheduled that month or the next. He also told us how long it would take. We set up a time for the installation. Two very knowledgeable and professional men came to install the furnace. They did so with very little disruption to the household. They completed the installation well under the estimated time and cleaned up after themselves. The price was within the quote."

"When I asked them to come out for the estimate, she said she would call before hand and she was right on time. The estimate was emailed to me with in 48 hours. They were prompt, actually they were early. They had already power washed the front porch by the time I got home. They did notice the house had a lot of oxidation on it, they offered an extra cleaner for it. There was an additional charge and the offices called me back in 30 minutes with the extra price quote. About 3 hours later they were done, all the furniture back in its place and everything cleaned up. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have already recommended them to other people."
