The wokers arrived on time, took down the very large, old tree and tree pieces out through a very narrow alley on the side of the building. The workers finished the job earlier than expected and cleaned up the debris. I paln to hire this company again to cut down another tree in the yard.. We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad. I appreciate the office staying on it and making it right. I've used them for 24 years and happily look forward to continuing to use them. It's a lot to trust your trees to someone!"
