"When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

The boss was there, he didn't really get it as well as the people who actually did the work so it was much better when the boss left. I think they did a good job. Twice, not once, but twice a worker weed whacked a flower bed even though edging stones were visible. Just Aeration is a small company, which does its work with care and pride. I have used them for several years now, and I would recommend them. I planted clover in my front yard because the space is shady, and Just Aeration is careful not to apply weed killer there. They show up when needed. Good company. They also blew the fall leaves to the street. Again, good job."

"Went well. Took 2 treatments to eliminate hornets. Second hole was tough to get to, but Art did a good job eradicating the insects. Price seemed a bit high to me ($125), but perhaps that is reasonable for pest control."

"Very well, they cleared and trimmed to my specifications including total removal of some small trees and bushes. The only negative (which was my fault for not warning them) was the Fios cable they cut while digging up a 30 year old bush. I'll know next time. Would definitely use them again."
