"Honestly - Ayoub Carpet Service is AMAZING!!! Both the person giving the estimate and the technicians who did the actual cleaning arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I truly am astonished at how clean they managed to get my (very, very dirty!) carpet!!! Willy and Jamie managed to get out years of grime and stains well beyond my wildest expectation. I have been so embarrassed of how bad my carpet looked I didn't want to invite anyone into my home. Now it looks almost as good as it did before 12 years of wear and tear (including a 135 lb dog going in and out the back door right onto this carpet)! Honestly wished I had called them years ago... I just didn't think it could get this clean again. Highly recommend and will definitely have them come do my next cleaning!"

"Good communications leading up to the cleaning day. Very punctual. Cleaning exceeded expectations - several rug stains that we could never remove were taken care of. The only slight/small complaint would be the amount of water left on the rugs resulted in us having to go over the carpet twice with our own vacuum...not a big deal, though. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Work on upholstery was excellent with most stains removed from white love seat and two white chairs."

Everything from their scheduler to the gentlemen that came to the house: very personable, professional, and efficient. "Main Street Oriental Rugs did a great job cleaning our Persian rug. We accidentally dropped a wine glass and splashed red wine all along a white border. Main Street came to the rescue. They picked up the rug the same day that I called, moved a heavy coffee table to get to it, and returned it, clean, as promised 10 days later. They did a deep cleaning and I can honestly say the colors are more vibrant now than when we sent it out. The red spots have vanished and we are very pleased with the outcome. They did a very nice job. They steam cleaned, did a rotary brush clean and a second steam cleaning. They left my sons condo looking and smelling fresh. "The personnel was courteous, nice, and did its job with diligence, but I think there is a problem is with their cleaning system. They put some detergent and a machine is fluffing the carpet. If the carpet is so and so, in the end it will look cleanish, but all the dust, dirt, and the newly added detergent are left in for you to beath in."
