"I called Tom Drexler plumbing to cap-off two hoses that would later be hooked up to sink faucets. They sent out Danny Priddy. I explained to him that I had a temporary (and ridiculous), "fix" over the hoses consisting of a towel and duct tape, and that he would need to remove that to cap them off. He did not touch the towel or duct tape. He capped off two different and irrelevant hoses to the left of the towel and duct tape. Then he turned the water to the house on and left. Four hours later I entered the home to a complete flood. All of my flooring is ruined. My ceilings caved in. Drexler had serve-pro immediately come out to dry the place and remove the damaged product. They tore out the ceilings, ripped up the floor, un-hooked dome lights, and left. Today the company representatives, PJ Hardin and Jeff Russell, came to the house for the first time. They walked around the destroyed property for 15minutes, left, and called an hour later to tell me that they thought Danny Priddy had done a fine plumbing job and that they did not feel as though the company was liable for the damage. I have tens of thousands of dollars in damage because of the Drexler plumbing crew, and although the negligence is blatant, they are trying to leave me high and dry. This company has no integrity, no morals, and will NOT take care of you, as their customer, if they mess up, and they do."

"A one day job turned jnto 2. They had to use my materials to create a platform for the unit which was part of the quote but they didn't have anything with them. I have been waiting on a refund of 90 dollars for the Advantech subfloor of mine they used. The lineset outside is to low to the ground and not secured to the wall as it runs along the foundation a good distance. I have been waiting on them to come fix that as well. They also damaged the ceiling in one room by drilling many holes looking for a place to put the vent and in another room the busted out a chunk of the plaster which the vent did not cover. There is also debri in one of the vents."

"Bud and his Team did an outstanding job of construction. We did inspections of the work every few days to ensure that everything was going to plan and to our liking. If we say things that we did not like they were addressed that day or the next without a lot of back and forth and explainations as to why something was the way that it was, It was addressed to our standards. We made a few modifications to the plans during the process and the price decreased and that was discussed and was taken off of the final negotiated price of the project. I also liked the fact that we paid during phases of construction and a final payment was agreed upon after we both were satified that everything on the punchlist was satified. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again"
