Then they pulled out a box labeled ‘Important Documents’… which turned out to be 300 Taco Bell sauce packets from 2004. They handled it like hazardous material, loading it onto the trailer with tongs. By the time they finished, my garage was cleaner than when I bought the house. I half expected them to hand me a medal for “Most Dramatic Transformation.” If they start offering to clean up my life choices, I’m signing up immediately."

He identified himself and asked if I would like a quote for my lawn service. I told him I had a service for the last 2 years and I would consider if they could be price competitive. I gave him my email address, and he walked around my property and left. On February 22 I received a quote via email labeled Weed Man â Promises Kept. I was satisfied with the quote, so I called my current lawn services and told them I no longer needed their service. I signed up with Weed Man and paid in full for the yearly service of 6 applications. On 4-13-23 they performed my first service, and everything went well. Later that day I received a phone call from a Weed Man representative. My first thought was they wanted to thank me for my business but that was far from the truth. She told me they could not service my property unless I paid them more money. As I stated earlier, I had already paid for the full year. There is only one word that can describe the business practice of Extortion. I told her I had paid for the year and expected them to honor their contract with me. She told me she needed to speak to upper management and would call me back. That call never came and the following week I attempted to log onto the Weed Man website to view my account. It gave me a message that my account was not active. I called the phone number listed on my quote and was told my account was canceled 2 days prior. I asked to be called back by someone in management. 2 days later I did receive a call and was told it was being recorded. I was clear I was not happy with their extortion practices to get me to pay more than my written paid quote. She told me they could not service my lawn for the quoted price. She canceled my service and told me my full amount would be refunded. I asked them again to honor their paid contract and if they wanted more money they could ask for that next year and let me decide if I wanted to keep their service at a higher price but they refused. It has now been 2 weeks and my account is still canceled and no money has been refunded."

"Warning neighbors of poor customer service from Naturalawn. Neighbors who know me know I spend a lot of time working on my yard and commented 2 yrs. ago on my efforts to make sure newly renovated grass came in nicely. I recently had aeration done w/Naturalawn and warned owner that netting from renovation had still not decomposed and last year a different company would not do those areas so I asked if I should stake off the areas. He said he could aerate. I came home from work on a Friday to a 5 ft. patch of grass that was totally ripped up and no note on the invoice about encountering a problem. I sent a picture to owner via text and email without a response until Monday morning saying he would come look at it since I asked, but then adding that is what it is supposed to look like after and soil supposed to be disturbed. I had to call him Monday. Of course I had to leave a message and when he called back he was very rude asking why I was so upset, that the technician was off today but would talk to him tomorrow, and that if indeed damaged (although you had to go & repair it) he wouldn't credit me the whole amount of aeration. I told him that I started the process for germination (seed from renovation because I know from renovation what time I need before the leaves fall in this wooded lot) and you have a picture I sent you. It was not a bare spot. He laughed at me for being upset. I asked him to put himself in my shoes if he came home to see that and without a timely response especially since his website prides himself for being like a neighbor."
