"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!"

"Joshua did a wonderful job! He was very professional, on time, and respectful of our home and space. We articulated some needs to him and he was able to offer us additional services that were really a benefit. I would recommend him to anyone and will be using him again the next time we need carpet cleaning services."

Mr. West is outstanding in his workmanship, his fairness in pricing, and his devotion to his client. He brings art to flooring and it turns out beautifully! I highly recommend Expansive Flooring to anyone needing repairs or upgrades. I already have several projects lined up for Mr. West in the coming months!"

"My large dog was sick and had a bad accident on my carpet! I thought the stain and smell would be there forever but David from Honky Tonk Carpet Revival fit us in same day and was able to get my carpet back to looking new. Not only was the stain completely removed but there was no lingering smell at all and the price was far less than other quotes! Thank you so much and will be using them again in the future!"

"Fontaine did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He communicated about time frames and when he was completed. He was also very professional and efficient. Not to mention my carpets look and smell great! I would highly recommend Voda to clean anyone’s carpets!"
