The estimate for the cleaning was done by email, but they, quite reasonably, did not do an estimate for the repair until they were on site, and it was also very, very fair. On price, they were not the least expensive, however, the real question is value not price when you are dealing with your carpet. Even with that, they were only very slightly higher, but worth EVERY bit of the very few pennies of difference (yes, I'm a tightwad).
