"ForeverLawn PennOhio did turf replacement project on a deck that runs the entire length of my house, approximately 40 feet. They lifted an existing indoor outdoor carpet without disrupting the underlying water proofing. They then applied a turf surface, which resembles a putting surface. The edging turf is like the second cut of a putting green and is sculpted. The grass all looks very realistic and lush and cushioned. Nice to walk on and looks great. The placed two putting cups into the surface which adds to the fun. The crews are professional, courteous and neat. Jim and Betty Leone are great to work with. "I had a few concrete steps that I wanted to have repaired before an upcoming home appraisal. (Also, I was growing increasingly worried that I or my mail carrier were going to twist an ankle.) Because the job was a repair, I had a difficult time finding a company willing to come and give me an estimate. After many calls and either outright rejections or no callbacks, Ken from RJL called me and said he could come out the next day to give me an estimate. He was prompt and his estimate was fair, so I told him to go ahead and put the job on his schedule. He asked me when my appraisal was and worked to finish the repair job before that date. The work was only completed today, but it looks great (way better than the patches the previous homeowner used) and he paid great attention to detail in his work. He was efficient, respectful of my time, and genuinely concerned about the quality of the work he was doing.

I especially appreciated that he put together the order and emailed me the cart so that I could easily pay at the store without having to figure out exactly what items I needed. He also made an extra effort to see if he could get better pricing for me, which was very thoughtful. On the day of the installation, there were four guys who took care of everything, and I appreciated that so many people were available as it meant the job took very little time.
