"Carillon got the stain out and cleaned the entire rug. Also they noticed a small pull in the rug (made by our previous dog who is now in Doggie Heaven...) They repaired this pull expertly, cannot see the repair or previous damage and did so at no cost. I can see why this company has been around for decades. Service as top quality and price was excellent, and personnel were too. The manager even gave me a little tour of the facilities and explained how they wash and dry the rugs.
