My name is Roland Shaw and I have been in the construction business for 15 years. 3 years ago I started business for myself and have been overwhelmed by the amount of personal referrals I get. I take pride in my work and company. I am usually a one man team but if the job requires more than just myself I have a few quality workers I hire out.
