"The $500 included the Big Deal I purchased for 4 hrs of work for $150.  Titan construction called immediately after my purchase and were very professional.  The work was scheduled for a few days later.  We have a wood shed that is always being intruded upon by squirrels.  They wrapped the soffit and fascia with matching aluminum and also spliced a wood piece to the existing chewed wood.  Derek and his helper were great.  Very punctual and professional.  Considering they were working outdoors in 90 degree heat and humidity I was very pleased with the finished job.  They also attached new quarter round molding around the garage door that was coming undone.  Afterword they painted around the door.  I would certainly recommend them and used them again if the opportunity presents itself.
