"This latest carpet cleaning is the second time we have used Carpet Care Plus - and John Andrews, the owner - for the cleaning of the carpets in our current home. We have found in both instances that this is a most professional operation and John takes great pride in doing an excellent job thanks to ihis long time and wide experience in the business of carpet and upholstery cleaning. We have two dogs and a cat so several areas are particularly challenging due to the animals having favorite places to lay and sleep. Also, some areas that get exceptional use, such as in front of chairs and couches, were also heavily soiled. Despite all of these problems the end result made all of our 6 year old carpeting looks like almost new once again, including the stairs. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress.
