"3-D was OK. At first I was happy with the work they did--especially on the porch. As the projects progressed it seemed like the company began to realize they had underbid and started cutting corners. For example, they ordered a tub surround that was too short. Rather than order a properly sized surround, they just added a layer of trim around the upper perimeter. They purchased a fan for the bathroom, drilled a hole in the painted ceiling, and then found out they couldn't install the fan. They patched the hole, but didn't offer to paint it to match. They replaced a number of window panes, but left putty visible on the windows. They repaired a hole in the ceiling above the toilet while the toilet tank lid was off, allowing drywall and dust to fall into the tank. I had to drain the tank and scrape out about 1/2 cup of debris myself. I had to remind them that their bid included basement drywall repair that was not yet completed. The drywall panels the installed were never taped or mudded. The drywall repair in the dining area overhangs the baseboard, and drywall dust/ plaster was left on the wood molding. They did not clean up the drywall dust until I asked them too, and once they did I wished I hadn't; they used my swiffer wet wipes to 'clean' the area, with the end result of white plaster streaks all over the wood floors. This house is a fixer upper, and I would have used a reliable contractor for future work on bathrooms, kitchen and other remodels. I won't be using 3-D. It was a good start, but they just didn't finish well. <br />"

"Final Touch provided a very reasonable estimate, and conpleted the roofing job within 12 days. <br /> Quality of the work appeared to be excellent. and cleanup was complete. <br /> Samples of their materials are available at their business office, as well as addresses of other homes having different shingle styles and colors, incase you wish to compare or see what the final product looks like, once installed. <br />"

"Needed to be stripped with oxy bleach, scrubbed down, hosed off and stained. Holes in siding were expertly patched and sanded. Siding stained and foundation vents installed and s skirt painted. An excellent trap under deck crawl space flip up door was custom made. I provided the paint and stain and oxybleach scrubbing flo thru brush. Showed up early and cleaned up everyday after work. Really TERRIFIC professionals."

"The quality of the work exceeded expectations. This was a project that I had been wanting to do for quite some time and wasn't able to perform it due to insufficient construction skills and safety issues with working at a height. I was able to install the nine beams (vertical) which served as the "stilts" or support for the tower. However, since the beams had been installed for over a year a majority of them had bowed or flexed especially at the upper height. Mike was able to adapt to the bowing and flexing of the beams and construct a very solid tower with a deck on top that measures 20' x 20'. He was very careful in his work and only used high quality components to ensure high strength during winds, weight stress, etc. My expectations were exceeded: in the amazing appearance of the tower, the inability to "shake" the tower when moving back and forth on the top, the high safety railing that wraps around the tower and the stairs (with railing) that he constructed that wrap around the tower for the ascent upward. Mike was very professional and the price he quoted me didn't change. Finally, he didn't drag out construction on the project and completed the project in a very reasonable time."

He showed up when he said he would and did a great job removing old chipped paint and then repainting the trim work and fixing a badly rotted door frame. i was quite impressed with the quality of his work. He also replaced some insect damaged wood above the front steps and painted that. He cleaned up everything completely after the job was done. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone wanting some painting and/or home repairs done right. <br />"
