"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. "Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."

Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"Roofing company sent someone within a few hours of my call (on May 22 or 23) to do an estimate. Company president (Parker Willard) and his son (Parker, Jr.) arrived, and were punctual and personable. They showed me photos of the roof and explained what needed to be done. An estimate was provided by email within about 24 hours. I signed the contract and offered to provide a deposit, later that week. I was told no deposit would be required for this small job. We were told that the work would be scheduled the following week. The work was actually done on June 7 and 8, consistent with a call made to us earlier that week to schedule it. It was a one-man job, for about 1-1/2 days. The worker was pleasant and readily responded to a request to check a couple of shingles he had not done. From what I can see of it, the work was done neatly and appears to be what we asked for. (I can see the finished bay window roof from a window above it.) All in all, we were quite pleased. Note: I put "N/A" on price because I chose not to get other bids, so I do not know if another roofer would have charged more or less than we paid. I went sole-source because of the relatively small amount of work, this company;s A rating, their responsiveness to my call, and limitations on my own schedule that week."

""Newton Roofing" had done work for me 25-30 years ago. I didn't know the name had been changed to "Newton Roofing Residential", and was under new management/ownership.I called and Mr. Melo answered right away. I explained the problem. He personally came to inspect the following day. I had feared a new roof might be needed, but he explained the damage was likely caused by a damaged (perforated) shingle. One of his crew came out 2 days later and replaced the shingle. The price was reasonable. I also noted another shingle that lifted, due to a "nail-pop". This, a relatively minor matter, was repaired at no extra charge. I cant' recommend Newton Roofing Residential strongly enough. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and polite. Mr. Melo took the time to explain matters to me in detail. I will certainly be using them for roofing matters in future,"

"It was very nice working with Lou and his team. He responded quickly to my request for a quote. I found his pricing to be fair. He and his team came and installed my roof in one day. The crew put down the tarps to protect my flowers and lawn. When they finished the site was all clean. Lou took the time to explain the details of the quote which I appreciated. He quickly responded to any questions I had . I would highly recommend Lou for your roofing needs. Iâ ve also hired him team to power wash my home. They did a fantastic job- it looks like a new house. I had a lot of moss on the north side of my home. They worked extra hard to get it all removed. After the power wash all the staining from the moss was gone. The crew cleaned up as they worked. Again, if you are thinking of power washing I would highly recommend Lou and his team."
