But I have appreciated even more their immediate response on a couple of occasions when we had an urgent problem -- heat stopped working in the winter; a radiator pipe sending a flood of water into an upstairs bedroom. One emergency occurred on a weekend; the other took place on a holiday when Whittier was not open. In both instances they responded to my phone call and had someone on site and dealing with the problem as quickly as I could have hoped. They do a great job, they work efficiently, they charge a fair price for their services, and they take care of their customers. I couldn't recommend Whittier Plumbing & Heating more highly.
