The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away.\n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's\n 225 for 11x14's\n 275 for 14x17's\n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. I was not home for the siding wash and gutter cleaning, but they were very rushed during the window cleaning and there were portions in the corners of our upstairs windows that were missed. They were otherwise professional and prompt, but considering I paid more than what other companies were quoting, I was expecting the absolute best. Also, they left our fence wide open - we should have known to check first, but our dogs got loose. This may seem like a silly complaint but other home service companies we’ve used have always put everything back as we left them. Overall, it’s a better job than we could have done ourselves, but I feel like the $600+ price tag was overpriced for the quality we received."

"Jeff Mitchell Lighting was the worst vendor we have ever used for our Home. His team installed lighting and when one existing light fixture went out he tried to charge us over $300.00 to fix when in reality it was just a blub out. $24.00 to replace. I was furious. Then he showed up at 11:13 pm without telling us he was coming "to do us a favor and fix the bulb" Are you joking!! This man ranted and raved uncontrollably when confronted. I had to ask him to leave. Do not use him. Trust me I wish we had not."
