"My yard looks beautiful!! Their work is much better than the service I have used for the past several years (similar pricing). I have lots of trees and the yard slopes. They take care in going around the trees (the trimming is always done nicely) and they use a smaller push mower to make sure they don't tear up the grass where we're still trying to get it to grow. They use a riding mower on the areas where there aren't so many trees. They arrive on schedule and work hard. I also needed chemical care done for the lawn and they work with a company and set that up for me so I didn't have to find a company to handle that and coordinate the mowing and fertilizing / spraying. They remove the grass clippings."

"When I received the estimate, there was only a cost and garden cleaned out(I didn't want the garden cleared out) and new garden dug, No dimensions were given for the definition, no mention of how many inches of compost or mulch nor what type of mulch they would be using but instead, as discussed. Nothing was said about the materials so I called to discuss with someone at the office. He said he would talk to the man who came out to view the work and get back to me. No one called back. I took that to mean that the materials were not organic in nature."

She got back to me within a day or two, with a detailed estimate and patiently explained her plan and costs. Her costs were in line with other estimates I got, which were a bit more than I'd expected, so I decided to hold off. "company did not, in my opinion, provide quality service. the owner was very pleasant to speak with when i hired him back in the fall, assured me all would go smoothly and i would be taken care of. he unfortunately, fell short. idk if it was he himself, or an employee doing the actual plowing, but the width of my driveway was not completely plowed, nor was the snow piled in front of my garage, cleared away. also, the plow dug too deep at the end of the driveway, and a portion of my lawn was dug up with the snow. it is true that i removed the stakes  from my lawn, not expecting snow in april after such a quiet winter. however, he could have used the shovel i saw he had in his truck (that he used to clear some snow near grass where the plow wasn't taken), to clear away some of the snow and guide him to the perimeter of my driveway. <br />"
