Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. He provided an estimate, discussed details, and remained involved throughout the entire process. Despite a rainy period of many days, Rich worked continually to get the job done, and do it right. He kept us informed of progress, and was responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Rich and his workers arrived early each day, and worked a full day. Workers were neat and careful, and did an excellent job. While their price was not the cheapest estimate we received, their work excellent.
