He communicated promptly, letting me know he was running a couple of minutes late, which I appreciated even though it was only 5-10 minutes. The first set of replacement dropdown stairs were too big - not their fault.  I was told by the young woman receiving their calls they would have some drywall for patching; they didn't, so I made a run to exchange the stairs and buy drywall. The drywall repair had to dry and was painted on the return trip. The repairs went well and these are decent people working hard at their trade.  Compared to the Lowe's quote alone for installing the dropdown stairs, they were a better deal.  At the time I believe their offer was $200 for 4 hours of work; it is actually 2 hours of work for the two of them.  They had to drive about an hour to my home.  I would feel comfortable using them again for handyman type repairs.

This is actually the second time I have been asked by AL to write this review; I am not totally happy with AL as they seem to bury the reviews so they are hard to find!

Owner (Danny) showed up every day to check on progress and did much of work himself to meet promised schedule.

Excellent housekeeping throughout job.

Went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

So pleased with his work that we subsequently hired him for another, smaller project which he executed flawlessly.  Will be calling on him again for additional remodeling work.
