"My experience with Russell?s Lawncare and Maintenance ended in a way that was both unprofessional and insulting. The owner?s policies are inconsistent, especially around rain and start dates. After a rain, I requested to shift my mow day and received silence and condescension. I was told I could choose the start date, but after I did, he sent a rude message saying we ?waited too long.? When I declined his overpriced cleanup quotes, his tone shifted?becoming dismissive and implying my business wasn?t ?important.? Ironically, my yard was still featured on his Facebook and website as a brag post. The actual service? Subpar. Bald spots, sloppy edging, grass in mulch, and track marks. He then tried to raise my rate and quit with no resolution or accountability. This is a young company, and it shows?in professionalism, communication, and quality of work. I strongly caution anyone considering them. I?ve since found much more credible, respectful options in the area"
