"We met with Brian and two other landscapers. He seemed to be the most responsive and the price was right, so we went with him. <br /> He and another guy showed up and went straight to work removing the rock bed and burying the down spouts in our back yard. They broke for lunch and then started working on the front down spout. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon he told that he didn't have a part they needed to finish the third spout in our front yard and that they would be back on Monday to finish the job. I was a little disappointed that my yard would be dug up all weekend and that I wouldn't be here on Monday to see the finish product before they left.  <br /> When I came home Monday I was pleasantly surprised to how seamlessly he was able to bury the down spouts and how nice the mulch looked. He redid the edging around the bigger flower beds that surround our house, put down some weed barrier and definitely didn't skimp on the mulch. (Although the mulch itself has faded rather quickly over the past two months from a dark brown to a light brown, but I know some fading is to be expected with dyed mulch.)  <br /> There was one discrepancy between the work requested and the work completed. He had edged and mulched around a small tree in the front yard, when we had in fact asked for mulch around our pine tree in the back yard. We called to notify him of this error and he said he would be out the next day to mulch around the tree in the back. Sure enough, he came out the next day with plenty of mulch and did the whole corner of our yard around the tree. I guess my only suggestion to the consumer is to be clear about what you want and make sure he writes the specific requests down. Otherwise he did a fantastic job. <br />"

We're working on a plan to reseed my yard and I'll continue to utilize their mowing services. It's been difficult to find kind, customer service-oriented businesses anymore. "<p> </p> <p>He showed up for our appointment as planed even called me to confirm that time/appointment. We walked the property and discussed the issues and how to resolve the over growth this spring and the clean-up. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to adapt to a job that very obviously was going to be a lot of work to catch up but he did not hesitate to step up to that challenge. He arrive on time the next week to do the first session of work (2 persons on this job) working between rain/weather, in the mean time I received a written estimate to sign and return as our agreement for the work this summer. He and his team member worked for hours on the property picking up, mowing, and re0mowing, and doing extensive trimming and I can say for sure he isn't afraid of a challenge or hard work. I've personally taken care of this property growing up and it isn't easy it is a lot of hard work on uneven ground to bring back it's groomed park like appearance and the overgrowth made the 'normal' challenge a task larger than usual. I am pleased with the detail that was achieved on this first pass, I expect progress and control over the coming mowing sessions to erase the evidence of overgrowth that is our own fault for not reacting sooner and calling someone for help before Mid June. This company has done it could to make good progress on the property and care for its needs. This is a company that I'd highly recommend for reliability, hard work, ethical and professional attitude, and fair (very fair) pricing. I look forward to the coming weeks and possibly giving our leaf work to this company as well as our snow removal this winter.</p> <p> </p> <br />"
