He said he could clean my chimney, that he was going to remove the chimney cap and sweep the chimney, but he didn't protect it so all the dirt came in my living room, the chimney looks exactly the same as when he came. And with the vacuum, he just vacuumed downstairs, but there's still soot around because of the vacuum cleaner. He didn't offer to deeply clean, he just deducted $100.00 for the misery. The total was $1450.00"
