But let me tell you this: having Fernando and his team at our home felt like having a friend or a family member who's happy and willing to help with whatever hurdle comes up: lines up a roofer to take a look at a newly discovered leak, takes time to build a custom shim for a light fixture that wasn't flush with the ceiling, and even proactively, and without being prompted quietly fixes a misaligned door. It would have been understandable for a contractor to say "sorry, not my problem," but this is a company that goes above and beyond, and never cuts corners to rush to another job. I look forward to working with them again."

"I hired this company to paint a large bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. There were some cracks and holes that were repaired, then ceiling walls and trim were all meticulously painted. They also moved all of the furniture (actually heavy gym equipment, as the room is used as a home gym). Great price and friendly people who went above and beyond. Also, the job was completed very quickly, which is a big plus! I highly recommend this company, and would definitely hire them again."

He checked in regularly with us before starting the job, painted sample colors on our shingles for us to see them in place and power washed the house before starting painting. They took meticulous care, caulking, sanding weathered shingles and repairing a rotted window sill. The price was very reasonable. Diego is outstandingly gracious and personable. "I hired this company for painting my kitchen cabinets and was very upset with the service I received. From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."

"My crew from NSP was amazing. Professional, courteous, kind and on point to get the task done. Large 2 story colonial with addition and ovs garage. I believe it took total of 5 days because of early weather in October 22. No paint chips on ground, very conscious of my shrubs and gardens, you would not even know they were painting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this outstanding company and would not hesitate to have them paint my home again. The price was very fair, the warranty good but most of all they always stayed in touch to let me know what was going to happen etc. My team, Frank, Benjamin and Valerio were amazing.
