"My wife and I have used Manor Works for many years with great satisfaction. We may be one of only a few customers Manor Works serves in the Stafford, VA area. Francisco and his crew of three helpers are always punctual and professional. We stripped old wallpaper in our dining room and repainted the whole room afterward, which brightened it up. In our family room, we changed the color on the bottom of our walls below the chair rails, repainted the wainscoting, repainted the fireplace and mantel, walls and ceiling. In our powder room, we removed old 1970s tile on the wall, replaced the drywall and quarter round, and repainted the entire room with an accent wall behind the toilet. The powder room turned out to be a bigger job than expected! We repaired cracked crown molding and repaired holes left by a previous painting on the walls. Once done, we repainted that one wall. The rest of the room was already in good shape. The crew also fixed a small quarter-round job in another bedroom where we previously removed mirrored doors and remodeled it with a closet system a couple of years back. Francisco made minor repairs to the baseboard and quarter-round to give it a finished look. Francisco came back three times to repaint the accent wall behind the toilet, repair the wallboard work around the light switch, reconnect the ceiling fan electrical switch, which got disconnected and touch up the quarter-round painted white. Overall, we are delighted with the entire project. Our home looks freshly painted, more "formal" and eloquent than ever. The powder room remodeling completes upgrades of all three of the bathrooms in our home. I would highly recommend Manor Works to anyone looking to improve the interior or exterior of their home with reasonable pricing and guarantees on their paint quality. Thanks, Francisco and your crew, for your excellent work, communication, and professionalism."

"Wilber did a great job painting my home and replacing my door, his crew was great thanks Wilber worth the price"

"Wow painted the interior of my home. They did an outstanding job and we can see the quality in their work. It looks great!!!"

"Great results from Antonio and his team! They are very professional, have exceptional painting skills, and finished our project of 4 bedrooms, hall, stairway, and den on time. You cannot see where they patched walls or fixed cracks. They left our house very clean and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again!"

"Highly recommend this vendor. I hired them to paint the exterior of my home, which included a fair amount of rotten wood replacement. Their price was very reasonable and their responsiveness and work was top notch. I will definitely be calling on them again for help. William was easy to work with and his team did a great job on all facets of the job -- power washing, prepping and painting."

"Mr Mendez has done countless projects in my house including interior painting and limewashing, chandelier and pendant light installation, wood panel building and installation, closet remodeling, exterior painting and deck staining, and more. He and Jose are always professional and timely. They are persistent in getting the job done right and every project they have completed in my house has been done at a high quality level. There is a reason I have gone back to them for numerous projects and recommend them to anyone in need of their own home projects. Highly recommend!"

"Rodas Painting & Services does EXCELLENT work. When they repaired/restored a 35 year-old condo for sale everything looked fresh and new. Next, they repaired and painted the exterior of my home. They have just remodeled my master bathroom, guest bathroom, and entry half-bath and I couldn't be happier with the results. They pay attention to details. They begin work promptly and at the end of the day, they leave the area clean. The owner, Rogelio, Roda, stays personally involved in the job, visiting the job several times, and inspecting the work. He was always available to answer questions. Any time I have work to be done, I will call Rodas Painting and Services."

"Lester and the team from Let's Roll have done work for me twice, and I'm sure will do so again.  His team was on time, on schedule (when others who were part of our remodeling were not), and he was flexible enough to accommodate our needs while still giving an EXCEPTIONAL service delivery.  The paint looks great, we get comments all the time and I always pass around the name of Let's Roll Painting"

"I really can’t say enough good things about Kris’ Painting! I had them paint my new home top to bottom, ceilings, walls, trim, closets, prior to moving in. The timeline was tight and everything was completed beautifully and on time. I have never had people comment on what a beautiful job a painting company has done, and it’s happened in this house. Kris answered all my questions, gave great advice, and was very responsive. The attention to detail was very impressive. And to have completed everything in just a few days was wonderful! I also had them remove an existing backsplash and replace it, and it looks fantastic! That was also done at the same time as the painting. I moved into a beautiful new place thanks to Kris’ Painting. And the price was the very, very competitive. I highly, highly recommend Kris and his team. In fact, I am having them paint the exterior as well."

"I cannot say high enough praise for Metropolitan Paint. They painted both exterior and interior of my home. They did an amazing job and went way beyond my expectations. Always arrived on time and did a very thorough job. A+"
