"Very well. Skilled hand-weeding, and also torch work on weeds coming thru gravel and crusher dust. To reduce maintenance costs, she recommended replacing mulch (which needs refreshing) with gravel. Shawna really loves and understands plants. She is very easy to communicate with."

"Zack, Breezy and their colleagues are absolutely the BEST at what they do. We live 5 hours away and needed someone that we could trust to look after our Airbnb investment. Having a good property manager is insanely important. Carlow Property Management took care of everything, including marketing, upkeep of the house and yard, dealing with issues (appliances dying,etc), taking our lakeside dock out, and they did it all in a timely, proactive manner.
