"I just completed a major home project, & thankfully, the end results far surpassed my expectations. I have an older home so there were many wall issues: nail pops, noticeable joint seams, etc. I had no idea the extent to which it would take just to prepare the walls for painting. I'm sooo glad I didn't attempt to paint it myself...it would have been a huge waste of time & money. Fortunately, I made a good decision & found a "perfectionist" contractor & painter. They did a great job prepping the walls. Of course, once Chris started painting, he found more areas that needed to be "fixed" & did so w/out a complaint. I am especially thankful his desire for perfection was equal to mine (and that's saying a lot). As I told many people, Chris is a professional, professional painter. One of my biggest concerns was with the trim/molding along ceiling. There were several cracks & some big gaps where the house had settled. Chris was able to caulk it so that it looked like new molding...it's impressive. He's the expert in this area...no question. I couldn't be happier. I loved my home before, but love it even more now! Ohh! And he's fast!"

He helped design our new bathroom and oversaw every aspect from the tear out of the tub and old ceramic floor to glass door installation of our huge walk in shower. . "Initial shingled roof was completed in two (2) days with minimal interruption to normal living.  My home is 102 years old so once old wood was re-applied around upstairs dormer after singles were set, there was some leaking from the metal roof.  Troubleshooting the issue, provider discovered the dormer as suspect and had both sides re-built with new wood and sealed completely. This was at NO cost to me and crew worked in below 30 degree weather the day the dormer was re-build. <br /> Provider was extremely responsive to my initial texts regarding the leak until the issue was resolved.  The work ethic that was displayed by provider's crew was beyond anything I had ever witnessed with previous contractors.  No delays.  No excuses. No cost gauging. "Scott Pape was a pleasure to work with. We called for a bid on the job and he scheduled a day and time with us. He was on time.Within 10 days or so we had our bid and hired him. Scott hired someone to do the excavation for the egress window and put in a drain system to take any water away from the foundation. We would not have known this was needed. (We had another company come to bid it first, and he never even mentioned a drainage system.) <br /> <ul> <li>Scott and his crew did a great job, and had the windows in and secured within 4 days. They showed up when they said they would.</li> <li>He framed up the inside and put in the window sills on both windows. He then had drywallers come in and do the mudding and taping. We wanted it ready-to-paint.</li> </ul> Scott gave us exactly what we wanted and answered any and all questions/concerns we had along the way. He is very knowledgeable and professional. How nice it was to have someone perform this work and tell us he will do whatever he needed to make sure we are happy and satisfied. Sometime in the future we would like to add-on to our deck. "It could not have gone better. They pulled the walls back in and secured them making me feel very safe! They removed the wall and created the space I was looking for. In my opinion...if you need help with your home or want to build a new one...you seriously need to call Reliable Builders!! Billy worked very hard to put together a plan I could really wrap my arms around. When we agreed what would work for my situation (and believe me when I say there were MANY challenges with this house), they came out and within two days they completed the work. They were very professional, polite and talented. Hats off to Reliable Builders!! Thank you gentlemen!! You rock!"
