"We cannot say enough good things about Beantown Home Improvements. From start to finish, the re-roofing of our home and shed was a stellar experience. For starters, Dan, the Project Specialist, is awesome! He is not only a truly nice, genuine person, but also a truly excellent ambassador of the company. Dan was right on time for his first visit to our home and always sent a text to let us know he was on his way for subsequent visits. He sincerely listened to our concerns and needs and then gave us several helpful suggestions and possible alternatives to achieve the outcome we wanted. He carried out a thorough inspection of our roof, attic and shed, answered every one of our questions and left us a number of shingle samples to consider. We had a couple of other companies come and look at the house previously, but none could compare with the Beantown experience. Dan stuck to his word and unlike another company that never followed up with their estimate, Beantown followed through, allowing us to gain their trust with a very reasonable estimate. Derek, the Project Manager, was also terrific. He kept us informed, telling us what to expect and when. The dumpster was delivered right on schedule, the day before the job, and Derek kept me posted on when the crew was arriving the day of. Derek orchestrated the crew like a seasoned conductor. I was amazed as to how smoothly everything went. One of the things we asked Beantown to do was to replace the trim on our shed with PVC – they did a great job, but the crown jewel was the rebuild of our cupola, whose wooden base had rotted. Derek, mapped out a plan that was carried out by his crew with an outstanding result – it looks beautiful! The job was completed by 5:30 PM and the cleanup was amazing – it was like they had never been there….and the dumpster was picked up the very next morning. I did a walk around the next day and only found one nail – unbelievable! Not only do we highly recommend this company, but we have hired them to rebuild our front and rear decks. Looking forward to another stellar experience!"

"I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"

Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"Joe Hennelly and his excellent crew did a fantastic job on our roof replacement, from start to finish. First of all, communication with Joe was great, from the initial phone call to the day of the job and throughout the job. The crew knows exactly what it's doing and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They took great care to protect our home and yard from debris as they stripped the roof. Perhaps most impressive to me was their cleanup: after they were gone, I looked long and hard around the property for any debris they might have missed, and found none! Honestly, there was no evidence in my yard that a roofing job was done at all -- except that the new roof looked great. They truly left things better than they found them. The price was very fair, the work was excellent, and the experience dealing with Joe and his crew was top notch. Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely great experience with this company. We thought we needed our vent pipe seal changed and called Willard based on the reviews here. I understand why they get such high ratings. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and she was able to get someone out in just a few days to take a look. The project manager James was great. He checked out the vent and let me know it's actually fine. Didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need, which was much appreciated. He was extremely helpful in explaining what else I should do to try to track down my issue. "I highly recommend Newton Roofing Residential. In 2014, they replaced the entire roof on my home with high quality materials, in a safe and timely manner, and at a very competitive price. In 2020, I decided to address another need - my aging second floor porch, which serves as a roof to the first floor porch below. It was becoming increasingly unsafe due to wood rot, with a soft floor and loose railings. Given my positive customer experience in 2014, calling Newton Roofing in 2020 was an easy decision - I did not get quotes from any other company. Rich came out and provided a detailed explanation of the materials and labor needed to replace the porch and to install new railings that best match the style of my home, and he followed up with a very competitive quote for the project. Gus and Julio were the on-site team who completed the project and their work was exceptional. Both men were incredibly skilled and meticulous, and thoroughly impressed me with their attention to detail at every point in the project. "FRS Roofing won the bid to fix the main slate roof and the 4 rubber porch roofs on my home. Chris from FRS provided the winning estimate after taking a meticulous inspection of the roofs which included identifying the number of slates needed to restore the main roof. He also explained why the rubber roofs installed by a local contractor 20 years ago had prematurely failed. The FRS work crews assigned to our project were all skilled and knowledgeable of their craft. Every crew member possessed a good demeanor and showed respect for our property. Once started, the job was completed without delay as can sometimes occur when a crew is pulled to work on another project. An unforeseen delay did occur when the chimney was being re-flashed. During the bidding process, all visible sides of the chimney appeared to be in fair shape. Once the crew could see the far side of the chimney, they discovered it was completely devoid of mortar. I was shown a photo of this miracle house of cards and immediately authorized a complete rebuild of the chimney which FRS performed at a reasonable additional cost. There were no surprises with the rubber roofs. The original fiber board underlayment which was disintegrating from water damage was replaced with a new material that is impervious to water. Also, the proper rubber was used on the edge strip to prevent it from peeling off as had happened on the old rubber roof. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to use FRS roofing again for any property new or old!"
