"We hired Aiden to wash the windows in our new house. It took a couple days because they had equipment issues. (Understandable ) When they came back the second time, I expressed my concerns about the inside still being dirty and I pointed out the issues. They miss a few windows but others were done quickly with no attention to detail. They took out all the screens on the front porch and just left them in the front yard. He specifically told me they would put the screens back in. Now I need to find someone to fix what they did not complete. He did offer to come back but he can?t give me a day or time because he is too busy. He did after a bunch of back and forth agree to credit me 20%. It will cost me more to get the job done correctly. We are very disappointed. They seem like nice guys but they lack customers service skills."
