"I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving Company. They arrived three hours late without proper communication. While packing up my old apartment, they broke the living room light fixture and did not fix it or take responsibility. When we arrived at my new place, I was suddenly told I would be charged $1,000 for only eight items. This was never clearly communicated beforehand. I felt like I had no choice but to pay because they were essentially holding my belongings hostage until payment was made. It only got worse from there. When unloading, they told me one of the dressers was ?too heavy? and that I would need to unload it and bring everything inside myself because they weren?t going to do it.
