"They do good work if you can get them to your house. Their scheduler seems very confused. I hired them to clean my yard in November for 4 weeks. The first week I gave them a check for all 4 weeks. The second week they did not show. I called their office and someone came out that day. The second week was the last I saw them. With the holidays and a family illness I did not contact them until February. I informed them they owed me 2 more visits and that the check had not been cashed. She said she did not have the check to stop payment on the check and she would send them out for another visit. I stopped payment on the check, a $20 fee to do so and the workers never showed. She called me in March and said she had found the check. I again asked for them to come and clean the yard, they never showed. I am done. The most frustrating part is that they are on my block every week. They do great work when they come they just don?t show up. I guess you need to be a yearly customer."

"I have a rose bush beside my mailbox that has sentimental value with my daughter. When they first came out they cut it down while edging around it. When I brought it to the owners attention he assured me that this would not happen again. Luckily the rose started to come back, and I was very happy. Now the second time they came out.. and again they edged right over it and cut it down again. This time when brought to his attention he seemed to not care and definitely did not take any responsibility. His response was that he did not do it, that one of his guys did, and from now on he will tell his crew to not even go around the mailbox. So now the mailbox will not get edged? I will not be recommending his service to anyone. Very disappointed in the service I received. "
