"Will was excellent. Originally I only booked for my couch and loveseat and footrest to be cleaned. It turns out that they all have slipcovers and Will and his supervisor suggested I take them to a dry cleaner rather than charge me to clean them as they felt this would be a better option. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO HAVE A COMPANY REPRESENTED BY SUCH HONEST WORKERS WITH INTEGRITY! Instead, I asked them to clean my carpets upstairs ( which I was planning on doing in the future anyways) without having to reschedule. A great experience."

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"Overall is was ok.  He arrived in the window provided.  Cleaned the carpets.  All of my stains were not removed but lightened (I had no expectation that they would be removed).  However, when he left my carpets were soaked and my house smelled of wet dog.  We not have a dog (or did the previous owner or did any dog ever go on the carpet).  Our carpets did not try until 24 hours later.  We walked around in socks to help absorb the wetness.  The BIG Deal on Angie's list was not a deal at all.  His car had a magnetic with the deal.  Disappointed in that aspect of Angie's List.  The owner did not also know about the reduced price listed on the offer for stair cleaning.  Nice owner but just would not use again because of the smell. <br />"

"This is the second time we have used Lowcountry Citrus to clean our sofa and chairs. We were very happy with our service one year ago and when it was time we gave them another call. Both times I contacted Randy, via email, he responded that same day if not within the hour with a date and time. He was out here within several days and was early both times. They spent quite a bit of time cleaning every inch of the sofa/chairs and the cushions. The finished product looks fairly new and he'll show you the towel that he uses for extraction and its amazing they get that much dirt out of the furniture. Prior to leaving he will explain all of the post cleaning instructions (not many, just what to expect such as drying time) and leave you with a large spray bottle of the citrus spot cleaner. Overall a great company and I recommend them to every one. Oh, they offer a 10% military discount. <br />"
