"I had a great experience from when I initially met with the sales rep, Alfred. He showed me a few different options of what I could do with the backdoor sliders. I love the hardware that I that was recommend. Once I placed the ordered the turnaround was within reason of two months. I'm super happy with the job. The sliding doors glide open and close so nicely. I highly recommend the company. It's really nice that they have a customer service rep that visits the job during installation."

"My experience has been excellent! The windows and door are beautiful and very well installed. Brandon is amazing and was prompt, professional, and did a beautiful install. He and Brian cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Everyone at the company has been helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. My salesman mark q beat the price of 4 other quotes. I would highly recommend the window depot!"

"I can’t say enough good things about AGT — from the beginning, they’ve been absolutely amazing to work with. They’ve been incredibly responsive, flexible, and quick throughout the entire process, and they always take the time to answer all of my questions. They even worked with me to get an amazing deal on some upgrades! The crew they sent out to install my new windows and sliding glass doors was also amazing. They showed up on time, were professional, friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to have in my home. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about its customers and makes the entire experience so easy and stress-free. I’m so happy I chose AGT and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors. If you’re considering working with them, do it!"

"I would love to give 5 stars but I can't except for the installers. I was supposed to get a call to set up install on my acrylic lanai sliders, instead I was called on a Monday morning at 8:45am saying they wanted to come that morning. We were not going to be home and also had to clear out our lanai for the workers. Set up appointment for the next morning. Gabriel and Raul came to do the work. They were excellent. We were able to reuse some of the frames and tracks from my old sliders but they showed me how they were poorly installed by another company and they made sure to correct everything to meet Sun Controls standards. As they were working on the brand new section I asked about the screen replacement on my order. They knew nothing about it and screen material was not delivered to the job site. They had to readjust what they were doing and get the screen delivered. It added to the time they had to spend on my project. This was an unfortunate lapse on the part of the team that schedule the job. Four stars for lack of execution on scheduling my install and preparation to fill my order as written."

"There were some problems with installation (siding around windows shabby looking) and sizing (couple of windows didn't fit and wouldn't go up/down), but all problems were satisfactorily addressed in a timely manner.  Installer (Roger) was professional and pleasant; he always called 20-30 minutes ahead to say he was on his way. We would recommend Clear Choice.

"They replaced sliding glass doors with storm doors & windows. The results were beautiful! My only complaint is now the rest of the house looks bad in comparison."
