"I would definitely hire this contractor again."

"It went great. I love Angies list. Brandi from Armored Restoration contacted me immediately and we went through the details and she had the crew come out and figured out my water problems. They had to work in the worst conditions where other companies didnt even wanna touch it or even call me back. It was a lengthy process to get everything back to new but was to be expected with how long everything was wet and damaged. At first I was mad cause I had to pay so much to fix everything that was wrong. But now after its fixed I dont have any respiratory problems or allergies or running nose and headaches. I had no clue how bad the mold was affecting my life. Glad I waited to post a review. Thanks for saving me!!"

"It started out with a serious rodent problem in the crawlspace. First I had the pest control come out and they said something was dead in the crawlspace. Dillon came out and checked the crawlspace and found a leaky sewer pipe which needed immediate attention which was contributing to the rat problem. Dillon helped me fill out the insurance report and handled all the details. The work was done in a timely manner and now the crawlspace looks as clean as new. The crew that worked here were professional and courteous. They provided updates as they worked and always told me if there were any new problems they found. I highly recommend them to deal with your crawlspace problems."

"They're very help fun and explained in detail the process they were to use to correct a mold situation in the attic of this house. They also offered a warranty and certification for thier work."

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Yoni did a great job removing mold and fixing the source of the moisture which is the broken exhaust fan ducts. Would definitely work with him again on other projects."

"The company came to our house for mold removal and water removal work. The guys was very professional, explained about everything they did very well. And clean around them after they finished the job. I’m highly recommend for everyone. Thank you Peter ."

"Eugene and his team were very professional and did a great job with my kitchen floor. During the demo part, they ran into some unplanned issues with the flooring, and then later with the tile itself but they always made it work or suggested the best options to move forward. The job was completed on time and the finished floors looks great."
