After talking over the phone he indicated what the issue might be and asked me to send him photos of the problem to his cell phone so he could confirm. He explained that the issue was a quick fix to put a retaining bracket in place but that there may be other underlying issues that would need to be addressed which they would only know once they came out to the house to look at the problem. I set up an appointment with Jason for the following day and he texted me when he was en route and arrived right on time. He confirmed the problem and said he could fix it, then gave me some other issues that I should consider. I liked the fact that he was fine with just doing the basic fix and there was no pressure to do the extra work, just recommendations. I decided to resolve the issues properly and spent the extra money to replace some quite old springs and end pieces. Everything works great now. Jason was very professional and personable and a quick worker, I would definitely hire again."
