Even though my property was 30 miles away, Jessie was there 9 am sharp the next morning. Now that is dedication to your customer if I say so!!! GREAT JOB! They took care of the entire lawn. Even being extra careful around the many obstacles and even a fountain in the back yard. They took the time to do the job right! I will be calling again! Make sure you book him today. "Overall the Spring clean up was satisfactory. The sod on the other hand was not installed properly. First of all the sod was laid with the roots not level with the other grass. The grass was pieced together with gaps. Even with watering the grass it turned brown within two days. I repeatedly tried to get Mr. Porter to come and look at the work that was done and he said he would but failed to do so. I am going to have someone else redo his work."

There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
